Currently Contracting with MMCAP Infuse Members. If the MMCAP Infuse Member is currently contracted with the WHOLESALER for the services or substantially similar services, as set forth in Attachment A and has selected WHOLESALER for this Contract, WHOLESALER shall transition each MMCAP Infuse Member from the existing contract (and existing contract terms) to this Contract (and its terms) on the effective date of this Contract.
