Curtailable Resources. A Network Customer that applies to designate curtailable energy as a Network Resource pursuant to Section 30.1(a): (i) shall identify the conditions under which the seller has the right to curtail energy deliveries to the purchaser as operating restrictions pursuant to Sections 29.2(a)(v) and 29.2(b)(iv) of the Tariff; and (ii) shall not be required to undesignate a portion of each Network Resource or a portion of its system supporting the third party sale.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Geometric visibility The visibility of the illuminating surface, including its visibility in areas which do not appear to be illuminated in the direction of observation considered, shall be ensured within a divergent space defined by generating lines based on the perimeter of the illuminating surface and forming an angle of not less than 5° with the axis of reference of the headlamp.

The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
