Curtailments and Shutdowns. If deliveries of power and energy through Service Provider’s distribution system are temporarily reduced, curtailed or shut down for any reason, including due to weather or another event, Service Provider shall, with due consideration of its responsibility for safety and system reliability, as promptly as possible advise JEA as to the nature, reason and probable duration thereof and the expected effect thereof on the operation of the system. Service Provider shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Services are resumed as soon as reasonably practicable following such temporary reduction, curtailment or shut down.
