Custodial & Grounds. Regular cleaning during the occupancy period, and prior to move is the responsibility of the residents. Interior apartment space will not be cleaned by the College. Residents are responsible for providing their own vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper. Students are expected to keep interior and exterior spaces clean and sanitary, so as not to affect other students within the apartment or house or to contribute to unhealthy or unsafe conditions. ALCOHOL POLICIES: The Lafayette College Code of Conduct, found within the Student Handbook, states that possession of open containers of alcohol on the grounds of any College property, including the yards of off-campus residences, is prohibited regardless of residents’ ages. Kegs and common source containers of alcohol are not permitted in or on the grounds of College residences, including College-owned off-campus houses and apartments also regardless of residents’ ages.
