TRASH COLLECTION. The contractor is to provide trash collection services if the construction activities prohibit regular collection services. This item shall be incidental and the contractor will not receive any direct payment for this item.

Tenant covenants and agrees to (i) comply with applicable law regarding the collection, sorting, separation, and recycling of garbage, waste products, trash and other refuse at the Building (collectively, “trash”) and (ii) to sort and separate its trash into separate recycling containers as required by law, or furnished by Landlord and located in the Premises pursuant to Landlord’s recycling policy for the Building. Landlord reserves the right to refuse to collect or accept from Tenant any trash that is not separated and sorted as required by law, and, in the event of such refusal, to require Tenant to arrange for such collection at Tenant’s cost, utilizing a contractor reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.
