Customer Access. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it will not have any right of access to any part of the Data Centre, unless permitted by the Centre Operator at its absolute discretion on any conditions which the Centre Operator may impose.

Customer Access. (a) The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it will not have any right of access to any part of the Data Centre, unless permitted by the Centre Operator at its absolute discretion on any conditions which the Centre Operator may impose. (b) The Centre Operator hereby expressly reserves unto itself exclusive control of access over all parts of the Data Centre, and any right of the Customer to access or to control access to the relevant premises (if any) shall be subject to the above reservation and rights of the Centre Operator.
