The "Factory and Launch Site Access" clause grants specified parties the right to enter and access the contractor’s manufacturing facilities and the launch site for purposes related to the contract. In practice, this means that representatives—such as customers, inspectors, or regulatory authorities—may visit these locations to observe production processes, conduct inspections, or verify compliance with contractual requirements. This clause ensures transparency and oversight, helping to confirm that contractual obligations are being met and that products or services are being prepared according to agreed standards.
FACTORY AND LAUNCH SITE ACCESS. Subject to appropriate export, regulatory, confidentiality, security and/or safety limitations, Customer shall have access to Contractor’s mission hardware final assembly factory to witness Contractor’s mission hardware final acceptance activities. Customer will similarly have access to the launch site, launch complex and Satellite encapsulation area to witness major Customer-related mission tests and to attend regular coordination meetings as well as all other access as specified in the Statement of Work.
FACTORY AND LAUNCH SITE ACCESS. Customer, its Related Third Parties and designated Affiliates shall have access, subject to coordination with and following reasonable notice to Contractor, to Contractor’s mission hardware final assembly factory to witness Contractor’s mission hardware final acceptance activities. Customer, its Related Third Parties and designated Affiliates (in each case at their own expense with respect to travel and disbursements), will have access to the Launch Site, launch complex and Satellite encapsulation area to witness major Customer-related mission tests and to attend regular coordination meetings. Contractor shall, on a Reasonable Efforts basis, provide Customer, and with prior Customer approval, Customer’s Related Third Parties and designated Affiliates, with non-escort badges at the Launch Site, launch complex and Satellite encapsulation area. In each case, the access rights of Customer, its Related Third Parties and designated Affiliates shall be subject to applicable regulatory, confidentiality, security and/or safety limitations.
FACTORY AND LAUNCH SITE ACCESS. Subject to appropriate export laws, regulations and licenses and security and safety limitations, Customer and its authorised representative shall have reasonable access to facilities, work-in-progress, meetings and reviews identified in Annex AStatement of Work” and developmental work required for the performance of this Contract.
FACTORY AND LAUNCH SITE ACCESS. Customer, its Related Third Parties and designated Affiliates shall have access to: (i) Contractor’s mission hardware final assembly factory to witness Contractor’s mission hardware final acceptance activities; (ii) the Launch Site; and (iii) the launch complex and Satellite encapsulation area to witness major Customer-related mission tests and to attend regular coordination meetings. Contractor shall provide Customer, and with prior Customer approval, Customer’s Related Third Parties and designated Affiliates, with access at the Launch Site, launch complex and Satellite encapsulation area in accordance with the security plan agreed to by the Parties. In each case, the access rights of Customer, its Related Third Parties and designated Affiliates shall be subject to applicable export control, regulatory, confidentiality, security and/or safety limitations of the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the Republic of Kazakhstan and, at the same time, consistent with requirements of Section 12.8 of this Contract (in particular, Customer’s requirements to comply with the United States Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”)).
FACTORY AND LAUNCH SITE ACCESS. Subject to appropriate export, regulatory, confidentiality, security and/or safety limitations, MSV shall have access to Contractor’s mission hardware final assembly factory to witness Contractor’s mission hardware final acceptance activities. MSV will similarly have access to the launch site, launch complex and Satellite encapsulation area to witness major MSV-related mission tests and to attend regular coordination meetings. (***)
FACTORY AND LAUNCH SITE ACCESS. RIGHT OF ACCESS Subject to appropriate security and safety limitations, Customer shall have access to the Atlas, Centaur and Customer's mission hardware final assembly areas to witness final acceptance activities. Customer will similarly have access to the Cape Canaveral Air Station (CCAS), Florida, launch complex and Satellite encapsulation area to witness major Customer-related mission tests and to attend regular coordination meetings. Major launch vehicle tests shall include the Wet Dress Rehearsal (WRD), Flight Event Demonstration (FED) and Combined Electrical Readiness Test (CERT).

  • General Access BCA agrees to provide Agency with access to the Minnesota Criminal Justice Data Communications Network (CJDN) and those systems and tools which the Agency is authorized by law to access via the CJDN for the purposes outlined in Minn. Stat. § 299C.46.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $152 to $1,504 and non-recurring charges ranging from $200 to $1,000 for DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service at 4 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
