Common use of Customer as Controller Clause in Contracts

Customer as Controller. To the extent Customer Data constitutes Personal Data, the Parties agree that Customer determines the purpose and means of processing such Personal Data, and Reveal processes such information on behalf of Customer. Therefore, the Customer must be considered as the controller and Reveal as a processor.
