Common use of Customer Control and Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Customer Control and Responsibility. Customer has and will retain sole responsibility for: (a) content, quality, integrity, and use of Customer Data; (b) all information, instructions and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User in connection with the InVue Services; (c) Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services (“Customer Systems”); (d) the security and use of Customer’s and its Authorized Users' Access Credentials; and (e) all access to and use of the InVue Services, Documentation, or Deliverables directly or indirectly by or through the Customer Systems or Customer’s or its Authorized Users' Access Credentials, with or without Customer’s knowledge or consent, including all results obtained from, and all conclusions, decisions and actions based on, such access or use.

Customer Control and Responsibility. Customer has and will retain sole responsibility for: (a) content, quality, integrity, and use the provision of all Customer Data, including its content and use; (b) all information, instructions and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User in connection with the InVue Services; (c) Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services (“Customer Systems”); (d) the security and use of Customer’s Access Credentials of Customer and its Authorized Users' Access Credentials; and (e) all access to and use of the InVue Services, Documentation, or Deliverables Services and Trualta’s materials directly or indirectly by or through the Customer Systems or Customer’s its or its Authorized Users' Access Credentials, with or without Customer’s knowledge or consent, including all results obtained from, and all conclusions, decisions and actions based on, such access or use.

Customer has and will retain sole responsibility for: (a) content, quality, integrity, and use of all Customer Data, including its content and use; (b) all information, instructions and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User in connection with the InVue Services; (c) Customer’s 's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services (“Customer Systems”); (d) the security and use of Customer’s 's and its Authorized Users' Access Credentials; and (e) all access to and use of the InVue Services, Documentation, or Deliverables Services and Provider Materials directly or indirectly by or through the Customer Systems or Customer’s its or its Authorized Users' Access Credentials, with or without Customer’s knowledge or consent, including all results obtained from, and all conclusions, decisions and actions based on, such access or use.

Customer has and will retain sole responsibility for: (a) contentthe accuracy, quality, integrity, and use legality of Customer Data; (b) all information, instructions instructions, and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User in connection with the InVue ServicesService; (c) Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) ), and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services (“Customer Systems”); (d) the security and use of Customer’s and its Authorized Users' Access Credentials’ access credentials; and (e) all access to and use of the InVue Services, Documentation, or Deliverables Service directly or indirectly by or through the Customer Systems or Customer’s its or its Authorized Users' Access Credentials’ access credentials, with or without Customer’s knowledge or consent, including all results obtained from, and all conclusions, decisions and actions based on, such access or use.

Customer Control and Responsibility. Customer has and/or Authorized Users shall own all right, title and will interest in and to the Relevant Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy, quality, content, use and all other aspects of the Relevant Data. Customer and/or Authorized Users have and shall retain sole responsibility for: : (a) content, quality, integrity, and use of Customer Data; (b) all information, instructions and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User in connection with the InVue Services; (cb) Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services (“all Customer Systems”); (dc) the security and use of Customer’s and its Authorized Users' Access Credentials’ access credentials; and (ed) all access to and use of the InVue Services, Documentation, or Deliverables the Documentation and any other Hudl materials directly or indirectly by or through the Customer Systems or Customer’s its or its Authorized Users' Access Credentials’ access credentials, with or without Customer’s knowledge or consent, including all results obtained from, and all conclusions, decisions and actions based on, such access or use.

Customer Control and Responsibility. Customer has and/or Authorised Users shall own all right, title and will interest in and to the Relevant Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy, quality, content, use and all other aspects of the Relevant Data. Customer and/or Authorised Users have and shall retain sole responsibility for: (a) content, quality, integrity, and use of Customer Data; (b) all information, instructions and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized Authorised User in connection with the InVue Services; (cb) Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services (“all Customer Systems”); (dc) the security and use of Customer’s and its Authorized Authorised Users' Access Credentials’ access credentials; and (ed) all access to and use of the InVue Services, Documentation, or Deliverables the Documentation and any other Hudl materials directly or indirectly by or through the Customer Systems or Customer’s or its Authorized Authorised Users' Access Credentials’ access credentials, with or without Customer’s knowledge or consent, including all results obtained from, and all conclusions, decisions and actions based on, such access or use.

Customer and/or Authorised Users have and shall retain sole responsibility for: : (a) content, quality, integrity, and use of Customer Data; (b) all information, instructions and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized Authorised User in connection with the InVue Services; (cb) Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services (“all Customer Systems”); (dc) the security and use of Customer’s and its Authorized Authorised Users' Access Credentials’ access credentials; and (ed) all access to and use of the InVue Services, Documentation, or Deliverables the Documentation and any other Hudl materials directly or indirectly by or through the Customer Systems or Customer’s its or its Authorized Authorised Users' Access Credentials’ access credentials, with or without Customer’s knowledge or consent, including all results obtained from, and all conclusions, decisions and actions based on, such access or use.
