Customer Processing of Personal Information. Customer agrees that: (i) it will comply with its obligations under Data Protection Laws in respect of its Processing of Personal Information and any Processing instructions it issues to IDVerifact; and (ii) it has provided all fair processing notices and obtained all consents and rights necessary under Data Protection Laws for IDVerifact to Process Personal Information and provide the Services pursuant to the Agreement and this DPA.
