Common use of Customer Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Customer Restrictions. Customers and Authorized Users will comply with the applicable Documentation in connection with their use of the Products. Customer will not and will not allow others, including the Authorized Users, to: (a) make the Licensed Software available for use by unauthorized third parties, including via a commercial rental or sharing arrangement; (b) reverse engineer, disassemble, or reprogram the Licensed Software or any portion thereof to a human-readable form; (c) modify, create derivative works of, or merge the Licensed Software with other software or equipment; (d) copy, reproduce, distribute, lend, lease, or transfer the Licensed Software or Documentation for or to any third party without the prior express written permission of Motorola; (e) take any action that would cause the Licensed Software or Documentation to be placed in the public domain; (f) use the Licensed Software to compete with Motorola; or (g) remove, alter, or obscure, any copyright or other notice.
