Customer Reviews/Questionnaires/Customized Surveys. The Contractor will periodically (likely quarterly or semi-annually) gather a reasonable survey sampling of customer satisfaction and analyze results of customer reviews and questionnaires. The Contractor shall submit the results to the State Contract Manager at the Quarterly Business Review ("QBR") meetings through a Key Performance Indicator β Account Service Performance Scorecard.
