Customer Systems Sample Clauses
The 'Customer Systems' clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the technology, infrastructure, or platforms that the customer must provide or maintain for the successful delivery of services or products. Typically, this clause outlines what systems, software, or hardware the customer needs to have in place, such as compatible servers, network access, or specific applications, and may specify standards for security or performance. By clearly allocating responsibility for these systems, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both parties understand their obligations, thereby supporting smooth service implementation and minimizing operational risks.
