Customer’s Group Sample Clauses

The 'Customer’s Group' clause defines the entities that are considered part of the customer's broader corporate group for the purposes of the agreement. This typically includes the customer’s parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates, meaning that rights and obligations under the contract may extend to these related entities. By clearly specifying which companies are included, the clause ensures clarity about who can benefit from or is bound by the contract, thereby preventing disputes over the scope of the agreement.
