Customized Courses. CDIUV agrees to work with RUTGERS on the development of special courses designed according to its needs. To facilitate the development of these RUTGERS Customized Courses, ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to identify CDIUV teachers who may be interested in teaching courses that meet the curriculum requirements of RUTGERS. Customized Courses. CDIUV agrees to work with ISU on the development of special courses designed according to its needs. To facilitate the development of these ISU Customized Courses, CDIUV agrees to identify CDIUV teachers who may be interested in teaching courses that meet the curriculum requirements of ISU. The costs for these courses will be specified hereunder.

Customized Courses. In the event of cancellation of a customized course, Result and the customer both have the right to reschedule the course to a later date. Costs already incurred (such as hire of the venue and/or equipment) will be payable by the party who is responsible for the postponement. If a training or course is canceled more than 3 months before the training or course, the customer will be invoiced for any costs incurred up until such time. Should Result have reduced or only partial external expenses (e.g. for hire of the venue, speaker’s fees) due to the cancellation, the amount invoiced will be reduced accordingly. Result is responsible for agreements made with its subcontractors on potential cost savings. The customer shall comply with these agreements.
Customized Courses. For specially prepared case studies or scenarios incorporated into catalog-priced training materials at the request of the Purchasing Entity, the Contractor grants the Purchasing Entity a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, unlimited license to publish, translate, reproduce, modify, deliver, perform, display, and dispose of such case studies or scenarios delivered under this Master Agreement.

  • Product and Service Offerings The Products and services available under this Contract are set forth herein and specified in Appendices C and D which may be amended during the contract term to incorporate new Product or service offerings, price revisions or deleted items. This Contract is limited to sale, installation and maintenance of Product (see also 4.2 Service Offerings). Leasing is not permitted at this time. The Commissioner reserves the right to amend the Contract at any time to incorporate lease offerings. Offering updates should be submitted under the Contract as soon as possible after they are announced by Contractor in accordance with the terms of Appendix H. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS A. No drug use of any type, nor consumption of alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall be permitted on the premises. B. The Authorized User will not be liable for any expense incurred by the Contractor as a consequence of any traffic infraction or parking violations attributable to employees of the Contractor. C. It is the Contractor's responsibility to maintain the equipment and materials provided for the work consistent with applicable safety and health codes. D. The Office of General Services' interpretation of specifications shall be final and binding upon the Contractor. E. The Office of General Services will make no allowance or concession to the Contractor for any alleged misunderstanding or deception because of quantity, quality, character, location, or other conditions.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
