Daily Construction Reports. The written report documenting project progress, including: (i) Weather, Contractor personnel and equipment (including a list of equipment downtime and Subcontractors) on site; (ii) Location and description of the work and estimated quantities performed that day; (iii) Arrivals and departure of major equipment; (iv) Significant communications with the Owner and/or Architect, especially those pertaining to work schedule, work methods, materials, or payment; (v) Orders and directives given the Contractor; (vi) References to significant letters, minutes of meetings and attendees, reports, photographs, telephone conversations, etc.;
