Daily Services. General (after 6:00 p.m. on Business Days) 1. Empty trash cans. 2. Dust all horizontal surfaces, desks, chairs, files, telephones, picture frames, etc. Computers will not be dusted. 3. Damp wash and wipe dry plastic or Formica desktops free of papers. 4. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. 5. Spot clean all windows glass, including lobby doors for fingerprints and smudges 6. Dust mop and spot clean all tiled areas. 7. Vacuum carpeted traffic areas daily, wall to wall once per week.
