Daily Subsistence Allowance Sample Clauses

The Daily Subsistence Allowance clause defines the amount of money provided to individuals to cover daily living expenses while they are traveling or working away from their usual place of residence. This allowance typically covers costs such as meals, lodging, and incidental expenses, and may be set as a fixed daily rate or reimbursed based on actual expenses incurred. Its core practical function is to ensure that personnel are fairly compensated for additional costs incurred due to work-related travel, thereby promoting transparency and consistency in expense management.
