Common use of DAILY TRAVEL TIME Clause in Contracts

DAILY TRAVEL TIME. In the event that an employee is accommodated on a client’s offshore or onshore facility and required to travel on a daily basis to and from the workplace offshore, the employee shall be paid for the time spent travelling in accordance with the applicable ordinary rate prescribed by subclause 12.1.
