Daily/Weekly Overtime. 27 All hours required by the District to be worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week or eight (8) 28 hours in a day shall be compensated at the overtime rate of pay with the exception that in the 29 event that an employee and supervisor agree ahead of time, an employee may work more than 30 forty (40) hours in a week and be compensated one and one half (1 ½) per hour work (L&I) in 31 compensatory time at a mutually agreed upon day and time within the same pay period.
