Damage to the Fiber System. In the event of physical damage to Pilot's underground or aerial fiber-optic cable system, Pilot will identify the location of the damaged components and dispatch technicians to that location within two hours of the initial issue report. Pilot strives for a four hour repair interval in the event of damage to its underground or aerial fiber-optic cable system, however, Pilot does not accept responsibility for delays in the repair interval due to the frequent involvement of emergency responders, safety restrictions and/or access restrictions. In the event of physical damage to indoor components of the fiber-optic cable system, Pilot will dispatch technicians within one business day, subject to building-imposed or safety related access limitations that may prevent us from making necessary repairs in a timely manner. Depending on the scope of repair, a re-installation fee may be applied at Pilot's sole discretion.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the ISO OATT.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as metering and telecommunications located at the ▇▇▇▇▇ Solar Collector Substation.

  • Sprinkler System TWENTY-SIXTH.--If there now is or shall be installed in said building a "sprinkler system" the Tenant agrees to keep the appliances thereto in the demised premises in repair and good working condition, and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Exchange or any bureau, department of official of the State or local government requires or recommends that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of the Tenant's business, or the location of partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the demised premises, or if such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment in the demised premises are necessary to prevent the imposition of a penalty or charge against the full allowance for a sprinkler system in the fire insurance rate as fixed by said Exchange, or by any Fire Insurance Company, the Tenant will at the Tenant's own expense, promptly made and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment. As additional rent hereunder the Tenant will pay to the Landlord, annually in advance, throughout the term $ toward the contract price for sprinkler supervisory service.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.
