If your monthly data usage exceeds the limits set forth in the Data Allowance Policy applicable to the Internet Service plan you receive, you will be billed for these overage amounts and these amounts are due and payable upon receipt of invoice, as described in our Data Allowance Policy incorporated in this Agreement.
