Site Allowance. All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.
Site Allowance. An Employee engaged on any of the work covered by this Agreement will be paid a flat allowance of $3.00 per hour for each hour worked to compensate for all disabilities associated with the Project.
Site Allowance. (a) Heavy Blocks
(b) Explosive Powered Tools

(e) Swing Stage
(f) Height/ Multi Storey For these items the applicable rate in APPENDIX TWO will apply. NB: the Living Away from Home Allowance, travel outside radial areas, transfers during working hours and all allowances referred to in this clause are not disability allowances for the purposes of this clause.
Site Allowance. In recognition of the nature of Major Metal Engineering On - Site Construction Projects as defined a project disability allowance shall be paid at a rate of $ 4.00 per hour all purpose whist working on site. This allowance will increase to $4.15 per hour from 1 July 2008. The above allowances shall be deemed to compensate for all special factors and/or disabilities associated with working on major engineering construction projects. , The site allowance is to compensate for disabilities on a project and is in lieu of the incorporated award terms special rates - confined space, dirty work, wet work second hand timber and fumes except for excessive height (over 15m), toxic, asbestos and insulation allowances. Any dispute over the application of this clause shall be referred to the Disputes Panel.

Site Allowance a) A site allowance shall be paid to all Employees, including Apprentices however engaged, covered by this Agreement at the appropriate rate as set out in Appendix C1.
b) This allowance will be paid weekly for each hour worked attracting no premium or penalty and remain in force for the duration of the Agreement. This allowance is not paid to Employees when they leave site due to inclement weather.
