Data center locations. MailChimp may transfer and process Customer Data anywhere in the world where MailChimp, its Affiliates or its Sub-processors maintain data processing operations. MailChimp shall at all times provide an adequate level of protection for the Customer Data processed, in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws.

If Siemens offers Customer choices and Customer selects a specific Area for the provisioning of the Offering, Siemens will store Customer Content at rest within the selected Area. Siemens does not control or limit the regions from which Customer may access or move Customer Content.

Data center locations. Subject to Section 5.2, Customer acknowledges that Blog Recorder may transfer and process Customer Data to and in the United States and anywhere else in the world where Blog Recorder, its Affiliates or its Sub-processors maintain data processing operations. Blog Recorder shall at all times ensure that such transfers are made in compliance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and this DPA.

Data center locations. Except as expressly agreed in an amendment to this DPA, Alteryx may transfer and process Licensee Content, including any Personal Data contained therein, anywhere in the world where Alteryx, its Affiliates or its Subprocessors maintain data processing operations, provided that such transfers and processing complies with the requirements of Applicable Law. Specifically, Alteryx may store or otherwise process Licensee Content within the United States, regardless of the country in which Licensee is based or the country of origin for Licensee Content.

Data center locations. End User acknowledges that Imperva may transfer and process End User Data to and in the United States and anywhere else in the world where Imperva, its Group Companies, or its subprocessors maintain data processing operations. Imperva shall ensure that such transfers are made in compliance with the requirements of Applicable Data Protection Law, this DPA, and the Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Model Clauses where applicable.
