DATA COLLECTION & UPDATE. The Registrar shall ensure the collection of the Registrant's Data and domain name Data according to the terms of this Agreement and in compliance with the Applicable Laws. The Registrar must ensure that its Registrants immediately correct and update the registration information for the registered name during the registration period.
