Data Collection and Usage. The Corporation and the Employer will collect, process and use certain personal information about Participant, specifically, Participant’s name, home address, email address and telephone number, date of birth, social security or insurance number, passport number or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any shares of Stock or directorships held in the Corporation, details of all Restricted Stock Units or any other entitlement to shares of Stock awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in Participant’s favor (“Data”), for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Plan.

Data Collection and Usage. The Company and the Employer may collect, process and use certain personal information about the Grantee, and persons closely associated with the Grantee, including, but not limited to, the Grantee’s name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), salary, nationality, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Company, details of all Performance Awards or any other entitlement to shares of stock awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in the Grantee’s favor (“Data”), for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The legal basis, where required, for the processing of Data is the Grantee’s consent. Where required under Applicable Laws, Data may also be disclosed to certain securities or other regulatory authorities where the Company’s securities are listed or traded or regulatory filings are made and the legal basis, where required, for such disclosure are the Applicable Laws.

The Company’s legal basis for the processing of the Participant’s personal data would be his or her consent.

The Company’s legal basis for the processing of the Grantee’s personal data is based on the necessity for Company’s performance of its obligations under the Plan and pursuant to the Company’s legitimate business interests. In those jurisdictions where the Grantee’s consent to the processing of the Grantee’s personal data is required, the Grantee expressly and explicitly consents to the collection, processing and transfer practices as described herein.

In granting the Restricted Stock Units under the Plan, the Company will collect, process, use, disclose and transfer (collectively, "Processing") Personal Data for purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company's legal basis for the Processing of Personal Data is the Company's legitimate business interests of managing the Plan, administering employee awards and complying with its contractual and statutory obligations, as well as the necessity of the Processing for the Company to perform its contractual obligations under the Agreement and the Plan. Your refusal to provide Personal Data would make it impossible for the Company to perform its contractual obligations and may affect your ability to participate in the Plan. As such, by accepting the Restricted Stock Units, you voluntarily acknowledge the Processing of your Personal Data as described herein.

Data Collection and Usage. The Company collects personal information about Eligible Individual for purposes of administration of the Plan, including: name, home address, telephone number and email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number, salary, citizenship, nationality, job title, any equity, shares of stock or directorships held in the Company and its Affiliates, details of all RSUs or any other entitlement to equity granted, canceled, vested, unvested or outstanding in Eligible Individual’s favor, which the Company receives from Eligible Individual or the Employer (“Eligible Individual Data”). The Company will process and use Eligible Individual Data for the purposes of allocating stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s legal basis for the processing of Eligible Individual’s Data is based on contractual necessity for the performance of the Plan.
