Data Distribution. Customer may, upon request, choose to integrate Flock Services with a third party to either distribute Integration Data or Customer Data (such third party, “Recipient”). Upon such request, Customer hereby grants to Flock a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty- free, perpetual license to access, share, view, record, duplicate, store, save, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute Customer Data and/or Integration Data, as required by the requested distribution. Customer acknowledges that such data may be viewed, recorded, duplicated, stored, saved, reproduced, modified, displayed, distributed, and retained by Recipient for a period longer than Flock’s standard retention period and hereby provides consent to such retention period. Unless expressly listed in the Order Form, the provision, access, or use of any Application Programming Interfaces ("APIs") is not included under this Agreement. Any rights, licenses, or obligations related to APIs shall be governed solely by the terms set forth in the Order Form or a separate agreement between the parties.
Data Distribution. 1. The Co-ordination Centre distributes the data of the national Generations and Gender Survey (GGS) to the Research Organization for use in research activities. The submitted data is in a digital form and provided on an appropriate digital media.
2. Together with the data, the Co-ordination Centre submits appropriate documentation necessary for processing and scientific use of the data.
3. The provided data is depersonalized.
Data Distribution. [PARTY A] does not and will not sell, trade or rent any collected information.
Data Distribution. 3.1 The Recipient shall provide the Holder with an external hard drive along with a pre-paid and pre-addressed return shipping label.
3.2 The Holder will encrypt the hard drive, download the relevant data onto the hard Drive, and then send it to the Recipient. The Recipient shall contact our dataset support team via email at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to obtain the unique decryption password. The password will be communicated via phone call or text message. We will maintain a file containing the Recipient’s name, the serial number of the hard drive, and a summary description of the files initially downloaded onto the drive.
3.3 All Data and any derived data that includes the original video, audio, or physiological recording must remain on the encrypted hard drive (or password-protected server or workstation) and may not be downloaded onto personal laptops/desktops, with the exception of Data embedded in talks/presentations.
3.4 The unique decryption password may only be shared with study personnel listed on the Recipient’s IRB/Ethics Committee protocol.
