Common use of Data Export and Deletion Clause in Contracts

Data Export and Deletion. (a) During a Subscription Term, Customer may export Customer Data from the Cloud Service (or Provider will otherwise make the Customer Data available to Customer) as described in the Documentation. (b) After termination or expiration of this Agreement, within 60 days of request, Provider will delete Customer Data and each party will delete any Confidential Information of the other in its possession or control. (c) Nonetheless, the recipient may retain Customer Data or Confidential Information in accordance with its standard backup or record retention policies or as required by Law, subject to Section 3.2 (Security), Section 16 (Confidentiality) and any DPA.
