Common use of Data Export Clause in Contracts

Data Export. Except as permitted in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee, Vendor and Vendor Staff are prohibited from: (a) performing any Services outside of the United States; or, (b) sending, transmitting, or accessing any Citizens Confidential Information outside of the United States.

Data Export. Except as permitted in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee, Vendor Firm and Vendor Staff those providing services for Firm under the Contract are prohibited from: (a) performing any Services services outside of the United States; or, or (b) sending, transmitting, or accessing any Citizens Confidential Information outside of the United States.

Except as part of the processes and systems used to provide the Services or as otherwise permitted in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee, Vendor and Vendor Staff are prohibited from: (a) performing any Services outside of the United States; or, (b) sending, transmitting, or accessing any Citizens Confidential Information Data outside of the United States.

Except as permitted in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee, Vendor and Vendor Staff are prohibited from: (a) performing any Services outside of the United States; or, (b) sending, transmitting, or accessing any Citizens Confidential Information Data outside of the United States. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Citizens’ authorizes Vendor to access Citizens Data that is stored in the United States from the Philippines, United Kingdom, and Canada.
