Data File Clause Samples

Data File. The parties agree that the Data File to be delivered on or about the Lease Closing Date shall become an integral part of this Agreement on the Lease Closing Date.
Data File. Borrower shall have delivered to the Lender and Collateral Agent at least three (3) Business Days prior to the proposed Funding Date in computer readable form, a detailed listing of all Contracts to be pledged by the Borrower to the Collateral Agent under this Loan Agreement in connection with the Advance and such other data relating to the Contracts and the other Collateral as the Lender may request.
Data File. The electronic data file prepared by the Company and delivered to the Purchaser, including the data fields set forth on Exhibit E with respect to each Mortgage Loan, in relation to each Transaction.
Data File. The Servicer has delivered the documents and other material contemplated in Schedule 1 (Document Certification and Archival) of the Backup and Successor Servicing Agreement in respect of Receivables to be purchased by the Borrower with the proceeds of such Loan.
Data File. Owner will deliver to Hanover all data and information in Owner's possession pertaining to the Property, including but not limited to maps, engineering, assays, geochemical, geophysical, drill cores, samples, annual assessment reports, United States Geological Reports and such other information which would be beneficial to Hanover in its exploration and mining activities on the Property.
Data File. The content of the computer data file containing historical customer names, addresses and buying and other information (the “Customer File”) included in the assets of J&P is consistent in all material respects with the information set forth on Schedule 3.2(y).
Data File. Borrower shall deliver to Administrative Agent and Lender on a monthly basis, [***] the data tape with respect to the Mortgage Loans related to Servicing Contract Rights pledged under this Agreement, redacted as necessary to remove any borrower identifying information, including the data items for each Mortgage Loan listed under Exhibit D as of the end of the prior calendar month.

  • Database File The Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a data file (in a format reasonably acceptable to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer) containing the database file for each Contract (i) as of the Cutoff Date, (ii) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Due Period on each Determination Date prior to a Servicing Transfer, and (iii) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Servicing Transfer.

  • Information Packages As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month.

  • Appendix A – HRIS File Each Board shall provide to the Trustees of the ETFO ELHT directly, or provide authorization through its Insurance Carrier of Record to gather and provide to the Trustees, the following information within one (1) month of notification from the Trustees. The following information shall be provided in the formats agreed to by the Trustees of the ETFO ELHT and the employer representatives:

  • Receivable Files Complete There exists a Receivable File pertaining to each Receivable. Related documentation concerning the Receivable, including any documentation regarding modifications of the Contract, will be maintained electronically by the Servicer in accordance with customary policies and procedures. With respect to any Receivables that are tangible chattel paper, the complete Receivable File for each Receivable currently is in the possession of the Custodian.

  • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to TWTC via Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN. If AT&T determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, AT&T may move the customer to CONNECT: Direct file delivery. 6.2.2 If the customer is moved, CONNECT: Direct data circuits (private line or dial-up) will be required between AT&T and TWTC for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, TWTC will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with AT&T. TWTC will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the AT&T end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit messages successfully on an ongoing basis will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Any costs incurred for such equipment will be TWTC's responsibility. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the AT&T data center by AT&T and the associated charges assessed to TWTC. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by TWTC will be the responsibility of TWTC. Associated equipment on the AT&T end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties. All equipment, including modems and software, that is required on TWTC end for the purpose of data transmission will be the responsibility of TWTC. 6.2.3 If TWTC utilizes FTP for data file transmission, purchase of the FTP software will be the responsibility of TWTC.
