Data License. In consideration for the Company services provided to you, you acknowledge and hereby agree to grant to Company a non-exclusive license to store, index, manage, copy and/or distribute your recorded sessions and information without personal identifying information in any electronic format as collected, stored or distributed by Company for a period concurrent with your membership, or, in the event that your membership is terminated for any reason whatsoever, personal identifying information will be removed immediately and anonymous information may be kept. Our license will include use of any electronic copy of Company- based records and information regardless of whether such copy is made from the Website or from any other Company authorized or unauthorized electronic medium. Any information you provide to Company will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy then in effect, which you can review by going to our home page and clicking on the link to the Company Privacy Policy.
