Common use of Data Privacy Notice and Consent Clause in Contracts

Data Privacy Notice and Consent. Participant hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of Participant’s personal data, as described in this Agreement and any other Performance Restricted Stock Unit grant materials by and among, as applicable, the Employer, the Company and Subsidiaries for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing Participant’s participation in the Plan.

The Participant hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of Participant’s his or her personal data, data as described in this Agreement and any other Performance Restricted Stock Unit grant materials by and among, as applicable, the Employer, the Company and Subsidiaries its Related Entities for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Participant’s participation in the Plan.
