DATA PROTECTION AND INFORMATION SHARING. 16.1 Each Partner shall (and shall procure that any of its Representatives involved in the provision of the Services shall) comply with any notification requirements under Data Protection Legislation. Partners shall duly observe all their obligations under Data Protection Legislation, which arise in connection with this Agreement. 16.2 The Partners agree that they will each cooperate with each other to enable any Partner receiving a request for information under the 2000 Act or the 2004 Act to respond to a request promptly and within the statutory timescales. This cooperation shall include but not be limited to finding, retrieving and supplying information held, directing requests to other Partners as appropriate and responding to any requests by the Partner receiving a request for comments or other assistance. 16.3 Any and all agreements between the Partners as to confidentiality shall be subject to their duties under the 2000 Act and 2004 Act. No Partner shall be in breach of Clause 26 if it makes disclosures of information in accordance with the 2000 Act and/or 2004 Act.
