Common use of Data Recovery Procedures Clause in Contracts

Data Recovery Procedures. (i) On an ongoing basis, the Provider maintains multiple copies of customer data from which it can be recovered. (ii) Provider stores copies of customer data and a data recovery procedures in a different place from where the primary computer equipment processing the customer data is located. (iii) Provider has procedures in place governing access to copies of customer data. (iv) Provider has anti-malware controls to help avoid malicious software gaining unauthorized access to customer data.
