Data Reporting Requirements. PROVIDER must comply with data reporting requirements contained in this contract. The PROVIDER is responsible for submitting timely reports to the PAYOR, as may from time to time be required by the PAYOR, complying with all reporting requirements as specified in this agreement, the MDHHS/PIHP Master Agreement, MSHN SUD Providers Manual and the MDHHS SUD Provider Manual and Requirements.
