Data Sharing, Access and Security. Affiliate has implemented policies and procedures to allow for adherence to Nebraska’s Automatic License Plate Reader Privacy Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 60-3201 to 60-3209 (“Act”). Affiliate is a generator as well as a consumer of LPR Data and or LEA Booking Images, Affiliate at its option may share its LEA LPR Data and/or LEA Booking Images through LEARN with similarly situated LEAs who contract with Vigilant to access LEARN (for example, LEAs who share LEA LPR Data with other LEAs). Vigilant has implemented procedures to allow for adherence to the FBI CJIS Security Policy. The hosting facility utilizes access control technologies that meet or exceed CJIS requirements. In addition, Vigilant has installed and configured network intrusion prevention appliances, as well as ensured that the configuration of the Microsoft environment adhere to the Windows Server Security Guide.
