The Shared Data clause defines the terms under which information is exchanged and jointly used by the parties involved in an agreement. It typically outlines what types of data are considered shared, the purposes for which the data can be used, and any restrictions or obligations regarding confidentiality, security, or further disclosure. For example, it may specify that both parties can access certain customer information for collaborative projects but must not share it with third parties. Shared Data. For the purpose of operational efficiencies, including without limitation, trade settlement, proxy voting, trade reconciliation, performance reporting, on-line access and the like, Custodian, upon direction of the Principal’s appointed Manager, on occasion may send electronic trade, holdings, and or Principal’s information to third party vendors (“TPV”) who are agents of the aforementioned Manager. Principal’s appointed Manager is responsible for any due diligence and monitoring of TPV with whom they have contracted and Custodian shall have no obligation to do so.
Shared Data. For performance of the Cooperative Work of this Agreement, Data supplied by any Collaborator to another Collaborator may be disclosed to all Collaborators of the Agreement without notification to the supplying Collaborator. All Collaborators may discuss among each other any shared Data.
Shared Data. This clause sets out the framework for the sharing of personal or confidential data between the parties as controllers. Each party acknowledges that the Data Discloser will regularly disclose to the Data Receiver Shared Personal Data for the Agreed Purposes.

Shared Data. 4.1 WAPHA will send you a temporary unique time linked uniform resource locator for you to upload the shared data to the WAPHA portal every quarter per annum or as otherwise directed by WAPHA.
4.2 You must upload the shared data within the time frame specified in the uniform resource locator or as otherwise reasonably directed by WAPHA.
4.3 The temporary unique time linked uniform resource locator will expire at a specified time, after which you will not be permitted to upload the shared data.
4.4 You must only upload the shared data in accordance with the requirements of the data sharing agreement and the specifications.
4.5 You must not upload any contribution to the WAPHA portal:
(a) which is false, misleading, illegal, defamatory or inaccurate;
(b) that does not comply with the standards as set out in WAPHA’s policies or as directed by WAPHA from time to time;
(c) that includes personal information;
(d) that contains any computer viruses, worms, malware, spyware or defects.
4.6 You are solely responsible for uploading a contribution within the time required and that complies with the terms of this agreement, and you release and indemnify WAPHA from all claims and loss you may suffer or incur in relation to a non-compliant contribution. If you upload a non-compliant contribution, you must comply with all reasonable directions given by WAPHA in relation to the non-compliant contribution.
Shared Data. We refer to any personal information (for example, your name, contact information, payment information) as Personal Data. Personal Data does not include your Shared Data. By contributing any Shared Data or Personal Data to us, you agree to and consent to our use of that data as set forth in this LunaDNA Consent and in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy contains further detail on many of the concepts in this LunaDNA Consent, and we urge you to read it in full. • The privacy and security of your Personal Data and Shared Data is of the utmost importance. • We understand and respect the sensitive nature of the information you may provide to us, and we strive to be transparent in our collection, use and disclosure of this information and to ask for your explicit consent to share sensitive information with third parties. • We are committed to providing a secure, private, and safe environment for our services.
Shared Data. All NextPax Data generated or collected by or on behalf of NextPax in the course and furtherance of the purpose of this Agreement will be the sole and exclusive proprietary property of NextPax; provided that the Channel Partner and/or the Property Manager may also collect and retain Non-Personal Information for use solely to improve the NextPax Systems and/or the NextPax Services.

Shared Data. (1) Shared Data is offered between Lines on an account when each Line that is sharing has the same MRC and plan. Shared Data allows Lines to pool the MB that the Lines may use. After the pooled MBs have been used, each addition kilobyte will be billed at the overage rate.
(2) Shared data is not available on the unlimited MB plan.
(3) All Customer Lines activated under the Agreement during the Term will be coterminous with the expiration or termination of the Agreement, regardless of each individual Customer Line’s activation date. The Agreement does not govern the purchase of Services and Products to Employees under the Employee Advantage Program described in the Agreement, and such Employees will be subject to their own minimum term requirements pursuant to their agreement with Sprint.
