Data Sheets. Cypress’s data sheets are controlled specifications applicable to Products at the time of shipment. Cypress reserves the right to revise published data sheets and make changes to any Product at any time. Cypress assumes no responsibility for the use of any circuits or other products described in published data sheets (other than the Product purchased by Company from Cypress) and conveys no license under any intellectual property rights to any such circuits or products. Applications for any integrated circuits or other products contained in any publication are for illustration purposes only, and Cypress makes no representation or warranty that such applications will be suitable for the use specified.

Data Sheets. As required under all applicable Governmental ------------ Requirements, Operator shall provide Material Safety Data Sheets covering all Hazardous Materials furnished under or otherwise associated with the Work. Operator shall provide Lessee with copies of the applicable Material Safety Data Sheets or copies of a document certifying that no Material Safety Data Sheets are required under any applicable Governmental Requirements and shall determine whether any substance or material furnished, used, applied, or stored in connection with the Work is within the provisions of any Governmental Requirements concerning Hazardous Materials.

Data Sheets. CONTRACTOR shall furnish to COMPANY the data sheets ----------- (including subcontractors' and vendors' drawings, design data, etc.) that may be needed for COMPANY'S use in checking or approval of specifications and drawings pertaining to the Facility. These data sheets and related material shall be subject to COMPANY'S approval and shall be delivered to COMPANY along with or in advance of the specifications and drawings to which they apply. However, the parties understand that data sheets are a part of the specifications to which they apply.

  • Safety Data Sheets If specified by City in the solicitation or otherwise required by this Contract, Contractor must send with each shipment one (1) copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each item shipped. Failure to comply with this procedure will be cause for immediate termination of the Contract for violation of safety procedures.

  • MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS As applicable, Contractor shall provide Purchaser with all appropriate current Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) at the time of delivery of each shipment of Goods which requires such compliance and/or and for materials used by Contractor while performing Services pursuant to this Contract.

  • Material Safety Data Sheet The contractor shall provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) with the information required by the Act and the regulations for each hazardous substance or hazardous mixture. The Commonwealth must be provided an appropriate MSDS with the initial shipment and with the first shipment after an MSDS is updated or product changed. For any other chemical, the contractor shall provide an appropriate MSDS, if the manufacturer, importer, or supplier produces or possesses the MSDS. The contractor shall also notify the Commonwealth when a substance or mixture is subject to the provisions of the Act. Material Safety Data Sheets may be attached to the carton, container, or package mailed to the Commonwealth at the time of shipment.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Data Subjects The categories of Data Subjects who we may collect Personal Data about may include the following where they are a natural person: the Customer, the directors and ultimate beneficial owner(s) of the Customer, your customers, employees and contractors, payers and payees. You may share with Airwallex some or all of the following types of Personal Data regarding Data Subjects: • full name; • email address; • phone number and other contact information; • date of birth; • nationality; • public information about the data subject; • other relevant verification or due diligence documentation as required under these terms; and • any other data that is necessary or relevant to carry out the Agreed Purposes.
