Common use of Data Supplementation Clause in Contracts

Data Supplementation. The Generator shall provide the TSP and ERCOT any data changes due to equipment replacement, repair, or adjustment. The TSP shall provide the Generator any data changes due to equipment replacement, repair, or adjustment in the directly connected substation or any adjacent TSP-owned substation that may affect the GIF equipment ratings, protection, or operating requirements. The Parties shall provide such data no later than thirty (30) days after the date of the actual change in equipment characteristics. Also, the Parties shall provide to each other a copy of any additional data later required by ERCOT concerning these facilities.
