Common use of Date of Closing Clause in Contracts

Date of Closing. Subject to the conditions stated in this Agreement, the sale by Seller and the purchase by Buyer of the Assets pursuant to this Agreement (the “Closing”) shall occur on or before 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) on April 29, 2011, or such other date as Buyer and Seller may agree upon in writing. The date scheduled for the Closing shall be the “Closing Date”.

Date of Closing. Subject to The Closing shall take place at such place and time as the conditions stated parties may agree in this Agreementwriting, the sale on March 31, 2011, unless an earlier or later date are mutually designated by Seller and Buyer.
