Common use of Date of Termination Clause in Contracts

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination" shall mean (ia) if this Agreement is terminated by the Company for Disability, 30 days after Notice of Termination is given to the Executive (provided that the Executive shall not have returned to the performance of the Executive's duties on a full-time basis during such 30-day period) or (b) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, by the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated Company for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and or (ii) if the Executive's employment Employment is terminated for any other reasonby the Executive’s death, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticehis/her death.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reasonreason (except in the case of death), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice, and (iii) if the Executive dies during his employment hereunder, the date of his death.

Date of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, "Date of Termination" shall mean means (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby reason of death, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and death; or (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for under any other reasoncircumstances, the date on which a of receipt of the Notice of Termination is given by the party being so notified or as any later date specified in such Noticetherein. For purposes of this Agreement, the Executive will be deemed to be employed through the end of the calendar day on the Date of Termination.

Date of Termination. The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Executive’s death, the date of his death, (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive’s disability, by the Company for Cause or for Disabilityby the Executive without Good Reason, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, Termination and (iiiii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated without cause or by the Executive for any other reasonGood Reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified any later date (within sixty (60) days) set forth in such NoticeNotice of Termination.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if this Agreement is terminated by the Executive for Good Reason, the date Executive delivers notice of such termination to the Company; (ii) if Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or by the Company for Disability, the date specified in the 30 days after Notice of Termination, and Termination is given to the Executive (iiprovided that the Executive shall not have returned to the performance of the Executive's duties on a full-time basis during such 30-day period) or (iii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and his death; (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reasonOther Termination event (“Other Termination Event”), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as received by the Executive; and (iii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated for any other reason stated above, the date specified in such Noticea Notice of Termination by Employer or Executive, which date shall be no less than 30 days following the date on which Notice of Termination is given.

Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause by his death, the date of his death or for Disability(ii) in all other circumstances, the date specified in the Notice notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticetermination.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for by Employer due to the Executive's Disability, the date specified in Date of Termination shall be the Notice of TerminationDisability Effective Date, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any by reason of the Executive's death, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive, and (iii) in all other reasoncase, the date on which a of receipt of the Notice of Termination is given or any permitted later date specified therein, as specified in such Noticethe case may be.

Date of TerminationDATE OF TERMINATION" shall mean (ia) if this Agreement is terminated by the Company for Disability, thirty days after Notice of Termination is given to the Executive (provided that the Executive shall not have returned to the performance of the Executive's duties on a full-time basis during such 30-day period), (b) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, by the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated Company for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given given, or as specified in such Notice(c) if the Executive terminates his or her employment for Good Reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given.

Date of Termination" shall mean (ia) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause by the Company or a Subsidiary for Disability, the date specified in the 30 days after Notice of Termination, and Termination is given to the Executive (iiprovided that the Executive shall not have returned to the performance of the Executive's duties on a full-time basis during such 30-day period) or (b) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean mean: (iA) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in of his death; (B) if Executive’s employment is terminated by reason of his disability, 30 days after the Notice date on which a notice of Terminationtermination is given, (C) if Executive’s employment is terminated by the Bank without cause, 60 days after the date on which a notice of termination is given; and (iiD) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice notice of Termination termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination" shall mean mean: (iA) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and his death; (iiB) if the Executive's employment is terminated on account of disability under Section 1(b) or by the Company for any other reasonCause under Section 1(c), the date on which Notice of Termination is given; and (C) if Executive's employment is terminated by the Company under Section 1(d), or terminated by the Executive under Section 1(e), thirty (30) days after the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Executive’s death, the date of his death, (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive’s disability, by the Company for Cause or for Disabilityby the Executive without Good Reason, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, Termination and (iiiii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated without cause or by the Executive for any other reasonGood Reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified any later date (within thirty (30) days) set forth in such NoticeNotice of Termination.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause pursuant to Section 5.1 or for Disability5.2 hereof, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for any Cause or by Executive other reasonthan for Good Reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment hereunder is terminated for Cause or for Disabilitypursuant to Section 7(a), the date specified in the Notice of Terminationhis death or Disability, and (ii) if Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated pursuant to Section 7(b), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given, and (iii) if Executive's ’s employment hereunder is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified any later date (within 30 days after the giving of such notice) set forth in such NoticeNotice of Termination.

Date of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, the Date of Termination shall also mean the date of the occurrence of a Change of Control of the Corporation which shall be determined by the Board of Directors in good faith for purposes of this Agreement.

The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment this Agreement is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby Officer, the date specified in on which the Notice of TerminationTermination is delivered to Employer, and (ii) if this Agreement is terminated by Employer because of Officer’s disability, thirty (30) days after the Executive's Notice of Termination is given, or (iii) if Officer’s employment is terminated by Employer for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause by his death, the date of his death, or for by reason of his Disability, the date specified in all of the Notice conditions to constitute a Disability have occurred, or, if upon expiration of Terminationthe Term, the last day of the Term and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated either for any other reasonCause or Poor Performance, the date on which a specified in the Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such NoticeTermination.

Date of Termination. The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Terminationhis death, and (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated pursuant Disability or for Cause, the date of delivery of the Notice of Termination unless otherwise specified in such notice, (iii) the applicable Term Date if termination is due to a notice of Non-renewal, and (iv) if the Executive’s employment is terminated for any other reason, reason the date on which a Notice the Executive ceases performing services as an employee of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticethe Company.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and his death; (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reasonOther Termination event (“Other Termination Event”), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as received by the Executive; and (iii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason stated above, the date specified in such Noticea Notice of Termination by Employer or Executive, which date shall be no less than 30 days following the date on which Notice of Termination is given.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, ; and (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reasonreason not specified in (i), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by his death, the date of his death, or by reason of his Disability, the date all of the conditions to constitute a Disability have occurred, or, if upon expiration of the Term, the last day of the Term, (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for DisabilityCause, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (iiiii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date which is seven (7) days after the date on which a the Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilitybecause of death, the date specified in of the Notice of TerminationExecutive's death, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reasonDisability, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given given, (iii) if the Executive's employment is terminated pursuant to Subsection (c), (d) or as (e) hereof or for any other reason (other than death or Disability), the date specified in the Notice of Termination which shall not be less than sixty (60) days from the date such NoticeNotice of Termination is given.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if If the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, whether pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or otherwise, the date on which a Notice set forth in the notice of Termination is given or termination as specified in such Noticethe termination date of the Executive's employment shall be deemed the "Date of Termination."

Date of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, "Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause by the Company or for Disabilityby the Executive, then the date specified in the Notice of Termination, Termination (not later than 14 days following the date such Notice of Termination is given); and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on upon which a Notice the Executive's termination of Termination employment is given or as specified in such Noticeeffective under applicable law.

Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby death, the date specified in the Notice of Terminationdeath, and (ii) if Executive's employment is terminated by disability, the date of the determination of the disability, or (iii) if Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a thirty (30) days after Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of the Executive's death, the date of the Executive's death, (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (iiiii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for as a result of the Executive's Disability, the date specified in the ten (10) days after a Notice of TerminationTermination is duly given, and (ii) if the date of the Executive's death, or (iii) if the Executive terminates his employment hereunder or his employment hereunder is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticeduly given.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityother than by reason of death, the date specified in the Notice of TerminationTermination , and or (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reasonby reason of death, the date on which a Notice Date of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticeshall be the date of death of the Executive.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean mean: (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Terminationhis death, and or (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for pursuant to any other reasonreason or Section of this Agreement, the date on which a of termination shall be the date that Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticeissued.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the ExecutiveOfficer's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the ExecutiveOfficer's employment is terminated due to her death, the date of death, and (iii) if the Officer's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby her death, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and her death; (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reasonCause, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as received by the Executive; and (iii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated for any other reason stated above, the date specified in such Noticea Notice of Termination by Employer or Executive, which date shall be no less than 30 days following the date on which Notice of Termination is given.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if Executive’s employment ends as a result of his death, the date of his death; or (iii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated ends for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as otherwise specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination" shall mean means (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause Cause, or by the Executive for DisabilityGood Reason, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.the

Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given give or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, by the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated Companies for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or such later date as may be specified by the Companies in such Notice, or (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive, the date of termination shall be a date not less than 30 days from the date the Notice of Termination is delivered by the Executive to the Companies, unless the Companies, in their sole discretion, designate an earlier date.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the ExecutiveCounsel's employment is terminated for Cause Cause, Disability or for DisabilityRetirement, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the ExecutiveCounsel's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the on ------------------- which a Notice of TerminationTermination is given, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination" shall mean ------------------- (iA) if the ExecutiveOfficer's employment is terminated for Cause on account of Disability or for Disabilitypursuant to Section 5(iii) above, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (iiB) if the ExecutiveOfficer's employment is terminated on account of the Officer's death, the date of the Officer's death, and (C) if the Officer's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean the earlier of (i) the Expiration Date or (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause (A) by his death, the date of his death, (B) pursuant to subsection (b) or for Disability(c) above, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (iiC) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean means (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause Cause, or by the Executive for DisabilityGood Reason, the date specified in of receipt of the Notice of TerminationTermination (as defined in section 4(d)) or any later date specified therein, and as the case may be, (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.3
