Common use of Day-Boats Clause in Contracts

Day-Boats. Vessels that have completed their pre-trip 3 notification for trips less than 48 hours, with potential sale 4 dates up to 9 days in advance will be notified 24 hours in 5 advance of sailing if a NEFOP or At-Sea Monitor will be onboard.

Day-Boats. Upon notification that neither a NEFOP nor At-Sea Monitor will be onboardassigned, the vessel may set sail at any time up to the estimated departure time provided in their pre-trip notification for the trip occurring within 24 hours of notification.
