Daylight Dimming. Daylight dimming shall be provided by Tenant as 47 part of Tenant’s Work upon and subject to all of the terms of this Lease with respect to all space that 1 is within fifteen (15) feet from the perimeter (from the inside face of exterior glass) upon and subject 2 to the applicable terms of the Work Letter.
