Common use of Daylight Saving Clause in Contracts

Daylight Saving. Where by reason of State legislation, summer time is prescribed as being in advance of the standard time in that State the length of any shift:

Daylight Saving. Where Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Schedule, in any area where, by reason of State legislationthe legislation of a State, summer time is prescribed as being in advance of the standard time in of that State the length of any shift:
