Common use of Days and Hours of Service Clause in Contracts

Days and Hours of Service. The regular operating hours of the Program at the Center are Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm, except for closings due to holidays, inclement weather, or such other circumstances as determined by Learn & Fly. The policies related to holidays, inclement, and closures are set forth in the Parent Handbook. Learn & Fly may adjust the days and hours of operation in its absolute and sole discretion. If the child remains in the Center for at least 60 minutes after closing and attempts to reach the emergency contact have failed, then Parent authorizes Learn & Fly to contact the local authorities with respect to the minor child’s continued presence.
