Common use of Days of Work Clause in Contracts

Days of Work. (a) Unless otherwise agreed to by the Component Bargaining Principals, no employee shall be scheduled to work more than five consecutive days. (b) Special camp programs of longer than five consecutive days but not more than 10 consecutive days duration may be agreed to between the Employer's and the Union's designated representatives, at the local level. (c) Employees required to work shifts shall receive a minimum of two consecutive days off within a seven-day period.
