Common use of Days of Work Clause in Contracts

Days of Work. (1) no employee shall be scheduled to work more than five (5) consecutive days. (2) Instructors shall receive two (2) consecutive days off within a seven (7) day period. (3) This article shall not apply where the contract is less than one hundred twenty (120) hours and has the mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union.
