Deadline to Submit Zoning Approvals and Certificate of Occupancy. The School shall provide proof of zoning approvals and a certificate of occupancy for the facility to the Sponsor no later than four (4) weeks before the first day of school. Failure to timely provide Sponsor such documents shall result in actions described in Section 1. B) 4).
