Prior Notification Clause Samples
The Prior Notification clause requires one party to inform the other in advance before taking certain actions or making specific decisions under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the method and timeframe for providing notice, such as requiring written communication a set number of days before the intended action, like terminating the contract or making significant changes. Its core function is to ensure transparency and allow the affected party sufficient time to prepare or respond, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes.
