Deal Memorandum. A deal memorandum, as set out in Appendix D, shall be the contract entered into between the Producer and a Technician or a Technician’s personal management corporation or loan-out company through whom the Technician agrees directly or indirectly to provide his/her work or services for the Producer on the production. The deal memorandum must in no way provide for less than is provided for in this Agreement.
